Workflow
How ReviewFlow works
- Connect a business. An authorized user connects the business account or adds approved business details.
- Import reviews. ReviewFlow imports eligible customer reviews for the selected business location.
- Prepare replies. The app drafts a professional reply based on the customer's review.
- Approve and post. A user reviews the reply, makes edits if needed, and approves it before posting.
Google API use
What Google data is used for
ReviewFlow requests Google Business Profile access only to help authorized businesses manage review workflows. The app may read business account, location, and review information so the business can view reviews and prepare responses.
ReviewFlow does not sell Google user data. Google data is used to provide the review management service, show review history, create reply drafts, and post approved replies when enabled by the business.
Access can be disconnected by the business owner. Data handling details are available in the Privacy Policy.
